Week 15 – No fire
Okay so no fire this week but it was still a good one. The focus was General Conference. We shared our testimonies with so many members and It was good to hear theirs as well. I talked about how I came to know Russel M. Nelson is God’s prophet.
I remember studying and praying over his words while I was quarantining when I got home from Korea and I had a strong feeling and conviction. From then I’ve always really known. More than belief.
Study of the Gospel will change behavior more than a study of behavior will.
That’s a rough quote from Russell M. Ballard but it’s true. I learn so much more of the Gospel when I hear the prophets voice and even through scripture. I’ve seen my behavior change in my life especially when I have read the Book of Mormon. I feel like I resemble the Savior more when I read it. I invite any and all to do so.
